Ron Spuhler

Ron Spuhler is Founding Partner for Spuhler Associates, Prior to that he spent several years within the Executive Search industry with Whalen Search Group where he drove significant business growth and placed countless executives. He spent the bulk of his career working for CARDONE Industries, one of the premier manufacturers and brands in the Automotive Aftermarket. During his career at CARDONE, he had varying leadership roles in Finance, Operations and Sales. A few highlights include living abroad, leading CARDONE’s European subsidiary, which included several manufacturing plants. In his sales capacity, he was afforded the opportunity to work with some of the best people and customers in the industry. Ron obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Evangel. He also has an MBA in Management from West Chester University. Ron is married with 4 children. He enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach, skiing, watching his kids play sports and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers.
